UK and European production and delivery
The planned combined production and delivery time is 2–3 weeks. Your written quotation confirms the start date and required artwork approval, size list and payment arrangements. Notify us of event deadlines before ordering.
Shipping, customs duties and VAT
GOALEA covers shipping and customs duties for UK and European orders. Applicable destination-country VAT is payable by the customer. The amount, collection method and any other compulsory charges must be explained before an order is accepted. We do not describe a price as tax-inclusive unless that is correct for the transaction.
Delivery problems
Check the recipient, country and postcode carefully. For delayed, lost or damaged deliveries, contact info@goalea.com with your order reference. Mandatory consumer delivery and remedy rights are not restricted by this policy.
